Arizona State University

It took a couple of health scares and a bout of "Millennial Burnout" to recommit myself to prioritizing well-being and establishing a true work/life balance. I'm passionate about self-study and have dedicated my life's work to teaching others what it means to be well from the inside out. I'm so grateful that my skills and background have found a home at Verywell, a pioneer in service journalism and leader in the health and wellness industry.
