Living well can, and should, be joyful! I believe in an approach to wellness that centers on happiness and gratitude, not stress and rules, and I'm proud to be living proof that people can bounce back from what they're told are insurmountable challenges. When we allow our minds to believe in our wellness, we allow our bodies to achieve it.
