Lindsey Toler is a public health professional with over a decade of experience working in both the consulting and academic worlds. She provides science-based information for researchers and the general public on a variety of subject areas, including mental health, cancer prevention, and vaccines and vaccine-preventable diseases.
Over the past eight years, Lindsey has worked on a broad range of quantitative and qualitative research projects at academic institutions and non-profit organizations. Her research focuses on access to health services and the attainment of health equity for vulnerable and marginalized populations, including racial/ethnic minorities, individuals with lower socioeconomic status, and maternal and child populations.
Lindsey earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Wellesley College and her Master of Public Health degree in Prevention and Community Health from the George Washington University. She is currently pursuing her Doctor of Public Health degree in Social & Behavioral Health Sciences from Rutgers University.
