Rachel has been with Verywell since 2011 and is part of the leadership team that launched the brand, now reaching over 30 million people every month. Rachel oversees the content and business strategies for Verywell Fit, Verywell Family, and Verywell Mind.

Rachel is a Registered Dietitian with years of experience working in hospitals and clinics, counseling various patient populations towards better health. She is a go-to expert in the field of nutrition with several media appearances on the Today Show, NY1, and many other outlets.

This experience, along with being a published author of two nutrition books, has helped Rachel translate real world nutrition and health questions to an online resource for answers you can trust in Verywell.

Education

Rachel received her Bachelors of Science in Nutrition from Cornell University. She completed her dietetic internship at Northwell Health in Long Island, New York.
