She has more than 20 years of experience working, writing, and editing for magazines, websites, newspapers, books, and brands. She is a NASM-certified personal trainer and behavior change specialist. Rozalynn, a 10-time marathoner, is passionate about health, wellness, and fitness, and works to help make these spaces more diverse and inclusive. Her work has appeared in SELF, Men’s Health, Runner’s World, Real Simple, Cosmopolitan, Health, Essence, Shape, O, among other print and digital publications.
Rozalynn has a BA in English/Creative Writing from Spelman College; a MA in Journalism from New York University; and attended to prestigious Radcliffe Publishing Course (now Columbia Publishing Course).
