Sayaka Matsuoka
As a child of immigrants, talking about mental health wasn't a big priority in my family. After going to therapy for the first time in college, I started digging into my mental health issues and have become more aware of how to show up as a better partner, daughter and person in general. Everybody should have the space to prioritize their mental health.
