How we think, feel, and function has always been a keen interest of mine. To me, uncovering our “being” is the key to understanding our place in this world. As marginalized people are often ignored in society, I have dedicated my life to promoting and uplifting their experiences. I hope my work helps future generations enter this world with a lot less questions than I had growing up.

As a freelance writer, she writes along the intersections of race, sexuality, mental health, and politics. She has since written for several publications, including Business Insider, Refinery29, Black Ballad, Huffington Post, Stylist, ZORA, Greatist, and many more.
Before refocusing her efforts on a creative career, she studied nursing and psychology for a short time—attaining a Diploma in Health Sciences from the University of Leeds. Currently, she is working towards her Bachelor of Arts from the University of Cape Town in Film, TV, and Media.
